July 24 to 26
Patros of the Québec region
Public presentation : July 25 at 10:30 AM, place Richard-Garneau
The Festival d’opéra de Québec pursues its mission to familiarize young people with opera by presenting ZoOpéra, a lyrical show for children aged 6 to 12.
At the heart of the magical forest, two curious and mischievous elves wander about, gathering in the woods some berries for Ms. Tatin’s jam factory. While exploring the forest, they make unexpected encounters: a giant fly, a food-loving orangutan, two cats in conversation… And what’s this mysterious book under that tall tree, filled with all sorts of animal tales, belonging to a certain Mr. De la Fontaine?
Join Farandole and Spoutnik for a joyous and lively quest in which animals occupy pride of place.
